On October 1st, 2023, NUST Balochistan Campus had the honor of hosting a delegation from the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), which included esteemed individuals such as Dr. Nasir, the Registrar of PEC, Dr. Asfaq, the Additional Registrar of PEC, and Dr. Amir Kashif, Additional Registrar from PEC, along with Dr. Aqeel, Director of Research and Standards. The visit was conducted in collaboration with the campus director and dean of NUST Balochistan Campus, Dr. Wasim Khaliq. This visit not only provided a platform for fruitful discussions and exchanges of ideas but also highlighted the importance of fostering stronger ties between educational institutions and regulatory bodies to enhance engineering education and accreditation processes in Pakistan. It showcased the commitment of both NUST Balochistan Campus and PEC in working together for the advancement of engineering education and standards in the region
