PEC Chairman’s Visit to NUST Balochistan Campus
On January 8th, 2025, the Chairman of the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) visited NUST Balochistan Campus (NBC), marking a significant milestone for the institution. The visit commenced with a comprehensive presentation by the Director and Dean, showcasing NBC’s strict adherence to the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) standards and the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) framework. This highlighted the campus’s commitment to maintaining the highest academic and professional standards.
The Chairman then toured the Civil Engineering and Computer Science Labs, where department heads and the Deputy Director of ICT provided detailed briefings on the cutting-edge infrastructure and research activities taking place at NBC.
Following this, the Chairman was given a comprehensive drive-through tour of the campus, where he commended the thoughtful planning and impressive development of the institution. The visit concluded with a formal interaction with faculty, offering a platform for open dialogue on current initiatives and potential future collaborations.
