To commemorate the auspicious occasion of Pakistan Resolution Day on 23rd March, the NUST Balochistan campus organized a bilingual debating competition. Five students participated in the event, with two speeches in English delivered by Amna Nadeem and Asfandyar, and three in Urdu by Khazran, Khadija, and Waseem Abbas. The topics included ‘Resilience and Progress: Pakistan’s Journey since the Historic Resolution’ and ‘اقبال تیری قوم کا اقبال کھو گیا’ (Translation: ‘Iqbal, your nation’s destiny has been lost’). The event invigorated the spirit of patriotism and paid homage to our national heroes. Waseem Abbas emerged as the winner of the competition, with Amna Nadeem as the runner-up.
