A breast cancer awareness and fundraising event was held at NUST Balochistan Campus (NBC) on October 11, 2024, in collaboration with Pink Ribbon Pakistan and HEC. The event included a seminar where Dr. Saman Khan highlighted the importance of early detection and self-examination, while Dr. Muhammad Sohail (NBC CS Dept) discussed the role of AI in breast cancer diagnosis and treatment. Various interactive stalls were set up to engage the NBC community and raise funds. An awareness walk further emphasized the importance of early detection, with banners and pamphlets distributed to spread information. Students and faculty actively participated and educational videos on breast cancer were also displayed across the campus.
