NUST Balochistan Campus Hosts Pakistaniyat 2026 to Mark 79th Independence Day
NUST Balochistan Campus organized Pakistaniyat 2026 as part of the celebrations marking the 79th Independence Day of Pakistan. The three-day event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students representing all divisions of Balochistan, public-sector universities, and cadet colleges.
The event featured a range of competitions, including Quiz, English and Urdu Declamation, and National Song competitions, providing students with an opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge, oratory skills, and patriotism.
Students of NUST Balochistan Campus delivered an outstanding performance, securing first position in the Quiz Competition and third position in the Urdu Declamation Competition.
The closing ceremony was graced by Madam Raheela Hameed Khan Durrani, Minister for Education, Balochistan, as the Chief Guest. A large number of civil and military officials, faculty members, and students attended the ceremony.
In her address, the Chief Guest highlighted the significance of Independence Day and emphasized that great nations celebrate their independence with zeal, enthusiasm, and a strong sense of national pride. She appreciated the efforts of NUST Balochistan Campus in providing a platform for students to celebrate Pakistan’s heritage and strengthen their spirit of patriotism.
The ceremony concluded with the distribution of prize money and awards among the winning participants, recognizing their outstanding performances throughout the three-day competition.
